Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Credits: Consumable units used to generate high-quality AI images and process imagens.app AI image generation requests.
  • Subscriptions: Currently, we utilize a credit-based system for purchasing image generation services. Different credit packages offer varying price ratios. Credits have an expiration date; please use them before expiry.

Payments are securely processed, and imagens.app usage is tracked in real time. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment. You can view your balance in your personal center. Image generation uses a per-request or per-quantity credit deduction system; different models/parameters consume different amounts of credits. Please refer to the actual deduction for details.

Refund Policy

We understand that issues can occur with imagens.app services. However, due to the nature of digital content and instant usage of imagens.app AI processing, our refund policy includes the following key rules:

  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of your imagens.app credit purchase. After this period, we cannot process any refund requests.
  • Unused Credits: Refunds are only applicable to unused credits.
  • Processing Fees: Users who successfully apply for a refund are required to cover the payment processing fees charged by the payment platform. The specific fee amount will be based on the actual fee collected by the payment platform. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method, net of this processing fee.
